Simplefield Local is a low-to-no-cost set of technology and AI services for small and medium-sized businesses headquartered in Dallas. The same senior people who work with enterprise clients, pointed at the businesses that make this city run.

Simplefield is headquartered in Dallas. Our clients are mostly enterprises and PE-backed companies, and the work we do for them, AI strategy, automation, product engineering, is out of reach for most local businesses at commercial rates.
That gap is the problem. The tools that make a large company more efficient make a fifteen-person business dramatically more efficient, and almost nobody is bringing them to Main Street with senior hands on the keyboard.
So each quarter we set aside a fixed share of principal time for Dallas businesses. No sales pitch, no junior team, no strings beyond paying it forward. We think a stronger local economy is worth more to us than the billable hours.

There isn't one. Simplefield is headquartered in Dallas and our commercial work funds this program. We set aside a fixed share of principal time each quarter for local businesses. In return we ask for your time, a short story we can share, and a referral to another Dallas business.
You pay only the third-party costs the work requires, such as software subscriptions, hosting, or API usage, billed at what we pay with no markup. Our time is not charged. We show you the estimate before anything is spent.
A small cohort each quarter, sized to the principal time we have available. When the cohort is full, we keep a waitlist and reach out as spots open. Applying early helps.
The program is limited to businesses headquartered in the City of Dallas. If your primary office is in Dallas and you have other locations elsewhere, you qualify. If you're nearby and unsure, apply and we'll give you a straight answer.
Yes, if you're Dallas-based and meet the size requirement. We treat local nonprofits the same as local businesses.
Simplefield Local alumni can engage Simplefield's senior network at a reduced local rate. We'll tell you honestly whether that makes sense for you, and we'll never use the program as a sales funnel.
You do. Every document, account, automation, and line of code stays with your business. We also make sure someone on your team knows how it works.
